I have been seeing an optometrist for about a month now and am trying to correct a lazy eye that I have had my entire life. I really struggle with these exercises as I can never seem to get my eyes to focus. I have gotten to the point where I only see with one eye at a time. Are there any exercises like this that can help me see with two eyes at one time?
Need help with what to do with a 3 year old with very, very little vision in her right eye. They have tried patching off and on for the last 2 years but she just gets really angry. They have recently been told to leave the patch on for 3 hours a day. Desparately looking for suggestions on what we can do with her to help her keep the patch on.

Doctors asked me to do regular eye exercise to make them more strengthen. I hardly get time to do those 5 minutes of boring exercise. This one is great and seems to be perfectly working on my left eye whose muscle is slightly moved from its placed as the doctor said to be.
Hello Jackie, thank you for your comments!!
I have double lazy eye. When one eye goes straight the other looks outward. Any exercises for that?
